Ovid Question

Ovid has nothing to say in answer to the question, “Why is there something, rather than nothing?” This lack of an answer is shared by a physicalist view today. Either matter was created. if it was created then there is a time when it was not, and this doesn’t make any sense to the physicalist view of the universe, which has a law that contradicts this possibility. If it was not created then it existed eternally, and if it existed eternally then there is such thing as an actual infinity and this is logically impossible.
